Privacy Policy — Demo Environment
Last updated: 24 July 2026
What This Demo Is
This is a live, publicly reachable demonstration of Veya, operated by Veya. Unlike a production account, it is not tied to a real studio, a real instructor, or a real client — it exists so prospective customers can explore the platform through two seeded personas (Studio Admin and Instructor) without signing up.
A Shared, Public Sandbox
Every visitor to this demo enters the same shared environment and sees the same seeded data. Anything you type into the demo application — names, notes, messages, bookings — is visible to any other visitor exploring the demo at the same time, so keep it fictional: no real personal information, no real client data, nothing you would not want a stranger to read. The one exception is the Veyademo-request form ("Book a demo"), which is a real first-party form that expects a real email address — what it collects and how it is handled is described under Demo Requests below.
Data Is Wiped Nightly
The demo environment resets on a nightly schedule: every booking, note, message, and account change made during the day is discarded and the seeded data is restored from scratch. Nothing you do inside the demo application persists, and there is no way to export, recover, or request deletion of demo activity individually — the nightly reset handles that for everyone. A demo request you deliberately submit is the exception: it leaves this environment when you send it and survives the reset, because its whole purpose is to let us reply to you. See Demo Requests below.
Fictional Data Only
The instructors, rooms, clients, and bookings you see are fictional, seeded for demonstration purposes only. Any resemblance to real studios, instructors, or clients is coincidental.
No Real Payments
This demo does not process real payments. Billing, checkout, and subscription flows are simulated, and the demo cannot reach real Stripe, SMS, or calendar-sync accounts — no real charge is ever made. Outbound email works in exactly one place: the demo-request form described below, which sends a note to our team and a confirmation to the address you entered. Nothing else you do in the demo sends a message to anyone.
Demo Requests
The demo-request form — reachable from the Veya landing page and from any locked feature inside the demo — is real, and what you submit through it leaves this sandbox. We collect the email address you enter, your name and studio size if the form asks for them, and which locked feature you were looking at when you asked. We use that for one purpose: to reply to you about Veya and to understand which parts of the product prospective customers ask about. Submitting the form is not a newsletter sign-up — the contact we store is marked unsubscribed, and we do not add you to a mailing list on the strength of a demo request.
Two processors handle that data on our behalf. Resend stores the request as a contact and delivers both the notification to our team and the confirmation email back to you. ImprovMX forwards mail sent to our public address on to a mailbox we monitor, so the notification containing your name, email address, and studio size passes through it as well.
We do not sell or rent demo-request details, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing. To have a request deleted from our records and from Resend, email us at privacy@veya.tools.
Cookies
The demo uses the same session cookie as the production platform, strictly to keep you signed in to your chosen persona. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
