Purpose of This Demo

This demo lets you evaluate Veya, operated by Veya, through two seeded personas (Studio Admin and Instructor) without creating a real account. By using it, you agree to the terms below, which apply only to the demo environment and not to a production Veya account.

Acceptable Use

The demo is a shared, public environment. You agree not to:

  • Type real client data, real payment details, or other real personal information into the demo application itself — the demo-request form described below is a real first-party form and is exempt from this restriction
  • Use the demo to conduct actual studio, instructor, or client business
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its underlying systems
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or abuse the demo for other visitors
  • Use the demo to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content

Fictional Data, Shared Visibility

All instructors, rooms, clients, and bookings in the demo are fictional. Everything you enter into the demo application is visible to any other visitor exploring the demo at the same time, and is discarded every night when the environment resets to its seeded starting state. The demo is provided for evaluation only, with no guarantee of uptime, availability, or data persistence. The demo-request form ("Book a demo") is the one surface that behaves differently: it is a real first-party form, what you submit through it leaves the demo environment and is not discarded by the nightly reset, and it is covered by the Demo Requests section of our privacy policy.

No Payment Processing

The demo does not process real payments and cannot reach real Stripe, SMS, or calendar-sync accounts. Billing and checkout flows are simulated for demonstration purposes only — no real charge is ever made. Outbound email is enabled for the demo-request form alone, which sends a note to our team and a confirmation to the address you entered; no other demo action sends a message to anyone.

Limitation of Liability

The demo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veya is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the demo environment.
